About our client:

Our client is a famous foreign solely-invested manufacturing plant in Nanjing. With a large project setting up here, now we need a HR Specialist for Recruitment function for around 6 months, and you will also have the possibility to get a normal term offer (3 years) or be transferred to other sister companies if it is proven that you are qualified enough for this role.

 

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be expected to have following qualifications and experience:

1.         Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR, Economic, Business, Foreign language, Engineer preferred;

2.         Around 3 years working experience in HR role, 2 years for recruitment function;

3.         Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law

4.         Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skills

5.         Foreign invested manufacturing company working experience will be an advantage.

6.         Excellent English and Mandarin are essential.
