Responsibilities:

1.        Responsible for building, growing, and developing software team;

2.        Support acquisition of customer projects, provide engineering effort estimation based on requirements analysis;

3.        Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development;

4.        Control schedule, manage risk, and ensure project's successful outcome;

5.        Communicate with customers, and build business relationship with customers.

 

Requirements:

1.        Bachelor or above, major in EE, Computer science, software engineering or related majors;

2.        8 years working experience in software developing and software project management; 3 years working experience in people management;

3.        Strong technical background, rich experienced in the software architecture and design practices, proficient in C/C++/JAVA/.net;

4.        Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;

5.        Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;

6.        Good English ability.
