Responsibilities:
1. Develop various technical training courses designed;
2. Collect, create and compile training materials to match the training program needs;
3. Deliver and conduct trainings according to training plan, ensuring each training result achieves high rate of quality, efficiency;
4. Work with sales department to ensure improve sales figures;
5. Maintain and establish good customer relationship and increase customer satisfaction rate.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar education background;
2. 3 years or above work experience in mechanical area;
3. Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
