Responsibilities:
1. Work with function team to deploy lean practice (Lean cell design, SMED, VSM) within plant;
2. Improve the production processing and workshop workflow;
3. Plan in detail lean activities with clear targets, time scale, team, etc;
4. Implement standard cost definition, control production cost and reduce waste;
5. Educate all required local plant members on lean principles and develop a good lean manufacturing culture;
6. Create a good audit plan for plants and carry out regular audits to sustain the lean activities;
7. Take responsible for the lean production knowledge training.
Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering;
2. Minimum of 5 years experiences in relative work experience;
3. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
