1.      Lead continued improvement of quality assurance and monitor achievement status of quality objectives;

2.      Work closely with others in Production, Procurement, Sourcing and Suppliers to ensure assigned projects are completed on-time according to quality standard, through effective prior planning and preparation;

3.      Lead Quality Team to ensure common requirements with respect to QA and QC specifications, other documentation and procedures Optimize quality management system, define and improve quality process and related SOP files;

4.      Responsible for audit activities requested by customers and third-party;

5.      Identify and take actions onto the potential quality failure to realize customers exceed satisfaction.



1.      Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2.      8 years' or above in a manufacturing environment;

3.      Familiar with practical application of quality approaches like 6 Sigma etc;

4.      Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;

5.      Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;

6.      Good English ability, spoken and written;

7.      Proficiency in ERP and office software.
