The Successful Applicant
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for formulation of strategies, processes and standards for the whole company quality system, and you will lead a team of quality professionals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in quality and production management.
To be successful candidate, you need to be:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineering, Bio or related;
2. More than 5 years quality management working experience in the pharmaceutical company and at least 3 years at management level;
3. Expert knowledge of GMP, regulations and validation methods, rich QA management experience;
4. Successful track record with strong negotiation skills;
5. Fluency in English and Chinese.
