About our client:
Fortune global top 500, our client is a famous foreign invested manufacturing company with fast domestic business growth; we are now looking for a seasoned Quality Director which covers 2-3 manufacturing plants.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be expected to have following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, automation or related
2. More than 10 years quality management experience in the multi-national manufacturing companies, at least 5 years of working experience as the Quality Director or Senior Quality Manager level role. Rich quality and manufacturing management knowledge of Home Appliance related products preferred
3. Good communication and presentation skills, willing to work under pressure with leadership quality
4. Excellent ability of systematical management and able to work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force
