Manage and develop various personnel policies that affect people at work for both managerial and operational level to enhance teamwork and employee morale, including: employee branding, working conditions, performance management, employee communication, advices providing, employee satisfaction survey, annual dinner, inter-organization tournaments, year-end party, etc.


The Successful Applicant:

1.       Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Administration, Foreign Language or related

2.       Over 5 years working experience in related role in multinational companies, minimum 2 years for full time employee relations function

3.       Down to earth, hands-on working style, able to build trust, passion, honest, customer oriented, work hard, well organized, detail oriented

4.       Excellent communication and presentation skills, good time management

5.       Excellent English ability (spoken and written)

6.       Proficient in ERP and office software
