Summary:
1. Establishes, maintains, controls and optimizes the general finance procedures and practices;
2. Prepares budgets, forecasts and strategic planning schedules;
3. Develops and revises financial systems, procedures and controls;
4. Manages and trains a team of financial staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports;
2. Prepares budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules;
3. Conducts economic studies such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, financial and expense performances;
4. Develops and revises finance systems, procedures and controls;
5. Provides financial information to other functions in the company;
6. Manages and trains a team of financial staff;
7. Other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration;
2. More than 7 years working experience obtained from leading multinational manufacturing companies, minimum 3 years in a team management position;
3. Proficiency with IT Systems and demonstrated strength in data extraction, analysis, financial modeling and report generation;
4. Integrity, detailed, target-oriented and possess team leader skill, strong sense of responsibility;
5. Excellent English and Mandarin are essential;
6. Good knowledge of ERP system.
