Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver mechanical system solutions to meet market needs, applicable regulatory and industry standards;
2. Identify and analyze mechanical design problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements;
3. Perform the appropriate tolerance and reliability analysis as well as FMEA ensuring products or parts fit appropriately in a low to medium production volume;
4. Monitor testing and analyze data to verify performance of the prototype product to customer and design specifications. Review and approve test reports;
5. On-site technical support for manufacturing and assembly during launching new products.
Requirements:
1. University degree in Mechanical area;
2. More than 3 years relevant experience in Mechanical design, plastic parts developing experience will be a great advantage;
3. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
