Responsibilities:
1. Develop plans to optimize the production process including the Planning and organization of experiments.
2. Ensure safety & reliability in equipment operation and production process, Initiative to improve the process to meet the product performance stability;
3. Develop process quality control methods for use by operators and technicians, to ensure quality products;
4. Work with Product development on process harmonization and optimization to achieve better quality, higher efficiency, lower cost and safer operations. Improve working process to reduce risk;
5. Provide chemical technology knowledge, train, direct and assist for the newcomers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering;
2. More than 8 years process related working experience in the multinational chemical companies; Engineering plastic or polymers/polymer materials background will be a great advantage;
3. Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
5. Good English ability, spoken and written;
6. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
