Responsibilities:
1. Makes sourcing decisions based on market research, supplier qualifications, and competitiveness of supplier;
2. Develop short and long term procurement strategies on responsible area, Review and analyze short and long term market conditions;
3. Support new project and product procurement functions and ensure material supply on time and within budget;
4. Promote vendor interaction with Solution Development team on new products or product enhancements;
5. Develop and Coordinate set up of new vendors to support customer’s needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree with Engineering or Business Management;
2. Above 5 years purchasing working experience, familiar with sourcing process;
3. Strong costing analysis and management ability;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
5. Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;
6. Good English ability, spoken and written;
7. Proficiency in ERP and office software.
