Responsibilities:

1.        Evaluate the risk of new products introduction in China, coordinate and promote the new products localization;

2.        Design and accomplish the mold and fixture which relative with CNC machining process;

3.        Improve and develop the current CNC machining process;

4.        Technical supporting for workshop, and relative quality issues analysis and solving ,New CNC machining technology research and equipment introduction;

5.        New CNC machining technology research and equipment introduction.

 

Requirements:

1.         Bachelor degree with mechanism background or equivalent;

2.         3 years work experience in CNC programming or mechanical processing;

3.         Familiar with CNC machining process, including insert selection and fixture designing;

4.         Building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;

5.         Hard working, patient, honest, eager to learn;

6.         Good English ability, spoken and written;

7.         Proficiency in ERP and office software.
